Only items with a rarity up to Uncommon can be purchased or crafted so far, and the item must be on one of the following lists of recipes that the guild knows how to craft. If the item needs tool or skill proficiencies (or even knowledge of a certain spell) to craft they are listed after the item’s name. If you want to sell back to the guild then the gold credited will be half the crafting price (or 1/4 the purchase price before tax). Crafting time is halved for a consumable or single-use item (already calculated in the Google Sheet), and the tax is also halved for these items.

Rare Magic Items

The guild levies a tax of 10,000gp per rare item, included in the purchase price listed. Crafting these items takes ten work-weeks (50 days) and costs half of the untaxed purchase price.

Uncommon Magic Items:

The guild levies a tax of 500gp per uncommon item, included in the purchase price listed. Crafting these items takes two work-weeks (10 days) and costs half of the untaxed purchase price.

Common Magic Items:

The guild levies a tax of 100gp per common item, included in the purchase price listed. Crafting these items takes one work-week (5 days) and costs half of the untaxed purchase price.

Mundane Equipment and Healing Potions:

The guild does not levy tax on mundane equipment, so the purchase price for these items is as listed in the published books. Crafting costs half the purchase price and takes 1 workweek (5 days) for every 50gp of material cost (100gp worth), or 10gp spent per day. If the price for a mundane item is not listed in the published books then it will require a recipe to be found as with a magic item.
